Job Description:
Due to growth and expansion in the region, a leading international corporate services provider is looking to hire a senior corporate services professional to join their Middle East team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively maintaining and managing client relationships, the management of corporate structures and actively participating in business development initiatives across the GCC region.
The client support career development and as such as looking for an ambitious candidate who is looking for a long term career and chance to grow within the business. The leadership supports and values dynamic and entrepreneurial candidates, and actively empowers performing employees to grow their profile both inside and outside the business.
Responsibilities will include:
Focused on the provision of bespoke administration services, you will support clients that range from small and medium sized enterprises to multinational companies including NYSE, FTSE and Euronext traded companies.
You will excel at providing corporate, trustee and administration services in relation to a broad range of structures including companies, investment holding and financing vehicles, joint ventures, corporate acquisitions and disposals, and listed vehicles.
Administering complex structures will be a core part of your business at the firm, and your expertise should have been gained from many years of practical experience working in the industry.
Education/Experience Required:
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Applicants should have at least 6 years experience working in a similiar role - providing bespoke corporate and company administration services.
Applicants should have a proven track record of managing complex corporate structures.
Applicants should excel at client services - effectively maintaining and managing client relationships
Applicants should be confident and have experience of business development and working with partners to expand their portfolio.
UAE/GCC experience is preferred, although candidates from other major corporate services hubs will be considered.
Excellent English language skills ESSENTIAL
