An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a leading corporate services provider, whose offering includes legal, fiduciary, corporate services, auditing, and accounting services. With more than 12 years in the region, they assist companies and individuals from all over the world, acting as key business partners across this broad spectrum of areas. The leadership and team are dynamic, entrepreneurial and are looking for someone who can bring the same energy and passion for this position. Reporting to the Operations Director, this person will be managing the Corporate Services team, who focus on assisting clients with their structuring needs through renewal services.
Responsibilities will include:
Assist Clients with their structuring needs through:
Monitoring a renewal schedule of companies and liaises with the Client on the procedures and requirements
Monitoring and implementing internal compliance procedures and corporate health of companies
Drafting and reviewing responses, incorporation forms, procedure summaries towards the setup of UAE vehicles, including UAE visa processing and residence substantiation
Maintaining relationships with government and semi-government authorities and other external corporate services providers
Preparing contracts, agreements, letters of engagement, proxies, minutes of meetings, resolutions, power of attorney, renewal and liquidation etc.
Arranging the issuance of extracts, certificates and other corporate documents and subsequently arranging the requisite attestation, legalization or super legalization by the relevant authorities or consulates
To obtain New Dubai Customs Registration, Renewal and the Clearance
Assisting clients to obtain various NOC from the respective Third-Party Authority
Drafting of Agreements, Resolutions and Memorandum of Understanding
Other Corporate Services
In administration of client bank accounts
Assisting client for Free zones and Embassy Attestation of various Company Documents
Maintaining client entity records in line with operational procedures
Preparing a monthly and quarterly report for use by the management and/or to facilitate monitoring of recurrent tasks.
Arranging Amalgamation of Companies, Drafting of Amalgamation Agreement
Economic Substance Regulation (ESR): Filling of ESR Notification and Reporting to FTA
Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) Declaration: Assisting client for filling UBO Declaration as per Guidelines of Cabinet Resolution
Handling client inquiries for structuring of various vehicles (company, trust, foundation, e.g.) in all UAE jurisdictions, Free Zones and abroad, via phone, e-mail or personal meeting, with an emphasis on timing and quality
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
At least 4 - 5 years’ experience in a corporate service provider, private family office or private client law firm
Knowledge, experience and exposure to free zones and the UAE’s federal regulatory regime
Proficient in MS Office (MS word & MS excel etc.)
Confident and presentable
Culturally aware and sensitive to clients and colleagues
Flexibility to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Experience working with people of different backgrounds and a high level of cultural competency
The ability to juggle and track multiple tasks and responsibilities
Demonstrated commitment to the success of co-workers and to the organizational mission.
