Job Description:

Are you a senior human resources expert who is looking for an opportunity to create something extraordinary? A leading financial services provider is currently looking for a compensation and benefits expert, to devise, execute and manage a new incentive package for their UK business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with other HR Divisions to implement comprehensive compensation systems including placement, salary determination and progression.

  • Organising and undertaking customized surveys, as required, to benchmark compensation packages and programs with relevant market

  • Monitoring and preparing reports on salary and benefits surveys

  • Developing policy on all aspects of C&B

  • Devising and presenting suitable models of C&B

  • Reviewing and following up with departments

Education/Experience Required:

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources or Certified HR professional certificate in Compensation and Benefits or equivalent

  • Master’s Degree in HR, MBA or equivalent Executive Program from International academic institution.

  • Consistent expertise in Comps and benefits within the last 3 years.
