Are you a senior human resources expert who is looking for an opportunity to create something extraordinary? A leading financial services provider is currently looking for a compensation and benefits expert, to devise, execute and manage a new incentive package for their UK business.
Responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with other HR Divisions to implement comprehensive compensation systems including placement, salary determination and progression.
Organising and undertaking customized surveys, as required, to benchmark compensation packages and programs with relevant market
Monitoring and preparing reports on salary and benefits surveys
Developing policy on all aspects of C&B
Devising and presenting suitable models of C&B
Reviewing and following up with departments
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources or Certified HR professional certificate in Compensation and Benefits or equivalent
Master’s Degree in HR, MBA or equivalent Executive Program from International academic institution.
Consistent expertise in Comps and benefits within the last 3 years.
