Job Description:

My client is looking for a bright, ambitious and highly-organised legal counsel to be based in their Dubai office, who will work directly with the Head of Legal and contribute to success of the growing legal function within the business. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and execute recruiting strategy for the Automotive division

  • Schedules candidates through our multi-step recruiting process 

  • Takes initiative on career fairs and other recruiting opportunities 

  • Connects with hiring managers and consults on staffing needs

  • Maintains impeccable customer service with all candidates (internal referral, external)

  • Develop internal communications and processes for high internal visibility of progress toward achieving hiring targets

  • Develop interview process that supports hiring for the client’s culture and values.

  • Work intensively with hiring managers and business functions to improve every client’s employee’s effectiveness at identifying the right talent 

  • On-board new hires and conduct new hire orientations as and when required



Education/Experience Required:

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Candidates should have at least 4 years experience, working in a 360 recruitment position. Either in-house or consultancy side. 

Excellent English Language skills - both written and verbal. 

Engineering and/or automotive recruitment experience preferred.

Willingness to live or relocate to Abu Dhabi.
