Job Description:

To provide professional HR guidance and support to the business area to enable the achievement of business objectives with a specific performance management focus and requirement to align both client and our businesses’ employees under new contract.

Responsibilities will include:

  • To support the HR Manager in design and implementation of plans for specialist areas (e.g. performance management, learning and development) to enable the achievement of business objectives and align to wider HR strategy

  • To monitor plans and take action to ensure objectives are met, including submitting accurate and timely reports

  • To provide support to Managers and Team Leaders across the contract in the recruitment, professional management and development of all staff, such that the business is staffed with talented motivated people who play to their strengths to meet the business needs.

  • Support HR Manager in seeking to implement HR best practice, policies, procedures, processes and systems aligned to the client HR environmen

  • To oversee and guide the HR Advisor in delivery of HR administrative services and SAP HCM Processes

  • Coach and develop the team to become the primary contact for information and advice regarding Company HR policy, processes and procedures such that staff receive the guidance they need and are aware of the Company's approach to HR matters. To advise on employment legislation and other legal requirements as required

  • To behave internally and in the communities in which we operate in accordance with the Governing Principles of the Group

  • To seek to champion continual improvement such that the company is recognized for developing and applying best practice HR

  • To develop excellent relationships with client HR teams, client management teams and staff representatives to support the success of the business

  • To provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and staff ensuring that best practice policies and procedures are followed

  • To assist with reporting on the performance of HR against objectives and budgetary targets

Education/Experience Required:

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelors or equivalent, in HR, Business or other related subject

  • CIPD qualification (Preferred)

  • Proven track record working in a HR Generalist position (Essential)

  • UAE work experience

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels

  • Self-starter, able to work on your own initiative and be a true HR Advisor taking ownership of decisions.
